Distribution through expertise
Arsys distributes high-end software technology. You will find only those products at Arsys who requires a dedicated focus on product, training, support and consultancy of the software solution. We are commited to our suppliers, resellers and their customers to deliver full assistence needed to have a succesfull implementation of the solution we propose.
At Arsys you will find no hotshot sales persons but engineers who are driven by the technology and the solutions we have. We are proud that we can say that we are the only VSI support center in Europe, that Arsys is the only distribor of Network Instrument with certified engineers, that we are Faxgate certified engineers, that we are Master Distributor for Century Software in Europe, that continious training of our engineers is part of our strategy, that we are able to guide our partners.
Example
One of our customers is the Chief Information Officer of Belgians biggest mobile telephony operator. He knows exactly what we taking about. A year ago, he was faced with this challenge. He wasn’t looking for some kind of fax software. No he needed a complete solution that could support all specific needs of the whole company. Needs, so he found out very quickly, who where very different from one department to another. Not only had each division his specific requirements, he knew very well that he has to deal with the high quality standard of his company.
With all this in mind, he verified all types of fax solutions on the market. His department used all possible tests available to examine each and every solution. To small, not robust enough, no integration with existing applications, way out of his budget range, no local support, no support at all etc.
When making a short list of usable solutions, he found VSI-Fax (delivered to him by Arsys, after analysing his problem) on top on every selection he has made. Not only was he impressed with the solution of VSI-Fax (he was very surprised when he found out that VSI starts with a 5 user license), he was even more thrilled with the superbe support Arsys has given him.
Today he knows he has made the right decision. He has installed VSI-Fax Server with a 1.000-user license on a Unix server, connected to a modem pool with 64 modems. All his colleges have direct access to VSI-Fax from either their favorite office software or from any application their using. What we don’t do:
- Hardware, excepted Visioneer and Xerox scanners and the analogic/digital modems for our fax solutions and multiport card/boxes/servers.
- Credit lines and terms: we expect to be paid as well as we serve you.
